I recently stayed here for 2 nights. My wife and I enjoyed the location. It seemed to be walking distance to nearly everything in town. However, I'm in an electric wheelchair and the facilities, although new and fashionable was small. The bathroom in my room was tricky to turn around in and because of a raised threshold I entered the bathroom at speed. The bed was low, those of you with limited mobility will understand this. The corridor had no room to turn around or allow anyone to pass by me.

This hotel is at the end of the main beach rd of Napier, but still an easy walk into town.
We were on the first floor of the hotel and had to go up a ramp to get to our room. Better than stairs as I have a mobility issue. Our room was spacious enough for our needs with a walk in/roll in shower.
I was able to park my wheelchair in a corner so it did not reduce the room in the room too much. We like natural air rather than air conditioning and there are louver window on either side of the sliding door that can be opened.
The restaurant area has dining both inside and out and is very reasonable. We only had breakfast here, but it was the similar price to what we have paid in coffee shops or cafes.
Staff are friendly, helpful and courteous.
If you have a car there is parking at the rear of the hotel and access to the main lobby. There are a number of Disabled spots here.
Would I stay here again? Yes.
