The Art Deco Trust also holds its annual Festival on the third weekend of February which is a "not-too-serious" celebration of all things Art Deco in a programme of planes, trains, vintage cars, fashion, stage and screen, wining, dining, music and dancing! Also, for the greatest range of Art Deco gifts, collectables and mementoes see the team in the Art Deco shop. Online shopping is also available. Join the thousands of people who take a guided Art Deco walk each year. Savour the style of one of the world's unique cities - Napier, levelled by earthquake and fire in 1931 and rebuilt in the depths of the great Depression with optimism and vitality in the styles of the thirties - Spanish Mission, Stripped Classical and above all Art Deco. Wheelchair friendly walks which offer 1 wheelchair free of charge for anyone wishing to take one of the walking tours.

The guided walking tours are at a slow pace and utilize the street pavements.  We do have an ability to enter a few buildings within our walks and all buildings have ramps for easy wheelchair access.

Their vintage cars are also perfect for people with any form of walking disability.
