Wheelchair accessible

I'm told it is the only wheelchair friendly motel in Kaitaia. Flat shower. Seat provided but I used my wheel in shower chair. Plenty of room in the bathroom. Unable to use stove but kettle was doable. Shallow concrete 'ramp' at sliding door. Too steep to attempt going in and out unassisted. Owner seemed to think nothing could be done about this but could easily be rectified by even providing removable ramp. Happily stay there again if in the area.
