  • We never got to stay at classic motel, and now i never will. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I made a silly error and booked on the wrong dates. Totally my fault. But, when i called to apologise and see if it was possible to change dates, we were told, "not my problem." it was obviously they only cared about getting our money. I didn't expect them to refund us or even switch the dates if they were full. But, i think a simple discount to rebook, or even offering a night on a low occupancy night would have been the nice thing to do. Its a shame, they didn't care about keeping customers. .

  • Very dated, i don't think i've stayed in somewhere quite as old fashioned since my backpacker days. Host was very friendly and the place was clean. Advertises sky but tv1 was very fuzzy. No headboard on the beds. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go back.

  • It was a bit dated with the decor and one of the heaters didn't work. We had to pull all the beds out to plug in the hot blankets. But the staff were very friendly and informative telling us where the closest place to get dinner etc. .
